We are the central coordinator and contact for information, tourist offers, service quality and “Travel for All” in Emden.
We inspire people for Emden and bring visitors and the people of Emden together. This way, we strengthen Emden as a tourism location with the local service providers. One focus is on communication and cooperation. We inform and advise customers as well as interested parties about Emden, accommodations and tourist services and motivate them to visit the city. All companies that constantly work on measures for service optimisation, develop their own strengths and continuously reduce weaknesses are awarded.
The cooperation with the local players in East Frisia is particularly important to us. Through the associations Ostfriesland Tourismus GmbH and Grünes Ostfriesland (Green East Frisia), we work together with the surrounding communities to promote the Ostfriesland brand further inland.

Our mobility centre at the train station and our tourist information in the Stadtgarten are available not only to tourists, but also to all people from Emden. There, guests can expect personal advice, brochures, souvenirs and, of course, they can book hotel rooms and vacation apartments directly, take guided tours on foot or by bus, or purchase tickets for local, regional, and national events in advance.
